Hydrotherapy is one of the best treatments to improve any health condition. It is the closest thing to a magic bullet as you can get, but the caveat is that you have to do it daily for several months to notice the benefit.

The benefits are too numerous to list but a few include: improved neurological signaling, improved cardiovascular health with improved circulation, cleansing of built up toxins in the body, rejuvenation of tissue, energy, and improved nutrient uptake into the cells. What is hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is using water as a treatment tool. This allows for many different applications of treatments due to the different forms of water. You can use the steam, liquid, or ice as a medium and you can apply them to different parts of your body to get the results you want.

What types of hydrotherapy do we use most frequently?
We recommend the hyperthermia bath, the cold bath, contrast showers, and hot and cold applications most frequently.
