From the Doctors...
Hello Everyone,
I don't know about you but we just accepted that fall is here and we have pulled out our warm clothes. This fall has been quite exciting for us. We put on our first group cleanse at the clinic and it went exceptionally well. Congratulations to those who finished it. Nari is in the process of getting more coverage for anyone with extended health coverage. You will soon be able to bill your plans for both N.D. services and Acupuncture services under each section independently, i.e. she is taking exams to carry dual licensing, Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Acupuncturist.
In this newsletter we have some very interesting information that if you quickly read through will help improve your health. There is one article that everyone should read. It is on self care. Something that we all need to make a habit in our lives. How many of you want the airplane crew to do serious routine checking and maintenance on an aircraft you would fly on? This is a no brainer. I want them to have a systematical way of checking and maintaining every part of that plane before I fly. This way they don't forget something and the plane crashes. Well you are even more intricate than a plane yet how often do you check in with your parts and do routine maintenance? This is the key to health. A balance of consistent self care mixed with service to the world around you.
We are finally going to be upgrading the floors next month but this will not interfere with our normal operating hours.
A quick update on the family; Julia started kindergarten and loves it. James is growing close behind and wants to do everything that his big sister does. Nari and I are 70% sure that we are done having kids and the other 30% convinced that we should have a 3rd child. Any suggestions?
